Chris Ross

Mr. Ross’s fourteen (14) years as a commercial real estate agent including seven (7) years of non-profit real estate experience has given him extensive experience in property acquisition and real estate development. In 2006, Mr. Ross was a part of the development team that included McCormack Baron Salazar that was awarded the opportunity to redevelop the CJ Peete Housing Development, which will provide over 450 units of housing and will cost approximately $120 million. He was recognized as Latter & Blum’s Commercial “Rookie of the Year” in 1999 for his superior achievement during his first year with the firm.  Mr. Ross was also selected as one of City Businesses Minority Success Guide winners for 2005.  He is a native of New Orleans and attended Louisiana Technical University. Chris has overseen the completion and sale of over 50 homeownership units with construction costs of over $5,000,000.00. Applied, received and managed CDBG, HOME, NSP 1, NSP 2 funded projects.
